一個人食 II

this week i made the 粟米紅蘿蔔雞湯 again... and i cooked 粟米冬菇肉粒飯 for myself :) i used chicken breast... it has less fat! i steam the seasoned 冬菇 first... then fried the chicken bits...
then mixed them together with the cream corn, mushroom... and at the end add an egg and stir....
ready to serve!
simple
"碟頭飯" :P i can have the rest for lunch tomorrow!
